RESIDENTIAL SERVICES
You are encouraged to contact our Residential Services Department for information regarding the qualification and placement of a loved one. Many of our residents have called Duvall their home for many years. The Home accepts adult residents over the age of 16 who are not prone to aggressive behavior. We encourage you to visit our Home for a tour.
We have a limited number of vacancies for full time care in one of our group homes. We are licensed by the State of Florida, Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) and admit residents who are funded by private means as well as individuals who receive funding through the Medicaid Waiver program.

DAY TRAINING PROGRAM/ OPPS
The day training program is open to Medicaid waiver and privately funded individuals. We can serve individuals who reside at our facility as well as community members wishing to attend our program. REHAB CENTER
Duvall Rehab is an outpatient provider of physical, occupational, speech and aqua therapy for Medicaid waiver and private pay clients. We can also provide transportation to patients in need of transport to and from therapy. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
