Thank you for your interest in supporting the Home. We have many needs and there are many ways of providing support. Given the current state of the economy and the ongoing potential for government cutbacks, we are always in need of financial support.
The dream of Mr.& Mrs. Duvall and our mission still today is to provide a safe, caring and loving environment for our residents. Providing for our individuals requires much more than just services, we also require additional financial assistance to continually improve the lives of our individuals by; improving staff through training; adding new and better equipment; and improving our facilities to maintain our programs and quality of service. Throughout the years we have been able to maintain a high quality of service and to demonstrate continued improvement through the continuing support and generosity of our parents, friends, guardians, churches and many, many other benefactors.
Our need for continuing financial support continues today. If you would like to support our mission financially, you can by several different methods. We accept checks, credit cards, cash, and shares of stock. If you would like to create a pledge account, or a donation for a specific person or cause, we can arrange that. We also accept donations of gently used clothing, bedding , and personal hygiene items for our residents. The Bargain Shop also accepts many items for resale, especially clothing, furniture, household items, and many other gently used items.
